- Receive AI-generated summaries of subscribed content.
- Manage and organize their RSS source list.
- Access their feed history within the limits of their plan.
The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring the RSS sources you add do not violate any third-party terms of service or copyrights.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means or under false identities.
You agree not to use Hyprfeed to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Circumvent or interfere with the security of the service.
- Abuse or overload the service infrastructure (e.g., excessive automated requests).

Hyprfeed fetches and displays content from RSS feeds that are owned and operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content. Access to such content is subject to the terms and policies of the respective content providers.
AI-generated summaries are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for informational convenience only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading original source material.
All rights, title, and interest in the Hyprfeed application, including its design, logo, and original content, are owned by Promethium. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent from Promethium.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Promethium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the preceding 12 months.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will be accurate or complete.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
